Biography
2012: Competed in seven meets, breaking his career-best 8K time four times during the season... Ran a 21:52 6K time at the NEPA Classic, good for 28th place (9/21)... Finished the Paul Short Invitational in a career-best 30:13 (9/28), then broke that PR two weeks later at Gettysburg with a time of 29:48... Finished in 31:47 at the MAC Championship meet (10/27).
2011: Finished 37th at the NEPA Classic with a time of 22:50... Finished with a time of 31:52 at Messiah, for a 56th place finish.
2010: Took 12th place in a dual meet at Wilkes, with a 5k time of 17:50 (9/1)… Placed 97th at Delaware Valley, in 31:38.80 (9/4)… Placed 19th at Wilkes, covering the 4.6 mile course in 29:08.10 (10/2)… Finished in 98th place at the MAC Championships, in 30:51.23 (10/30).
2009: Placed 9th in a dual meet victory over Wilkes (9/1)… Ran a season-best 31:26 at Lehigh (10/2).
High School: Member of the soccer and track teams... Medaled at both Districts and Jordan Relay Meets.
