2012: Competed in six meets... Ran a season-best 30:22 at the Cougar Classic (9/15)... Placed 26th at the NEPA Classic with a 6K time of 21:48 (9/21)... Finished in 30:26 at the MAC Championship meet, good for 90th place (10/27).

2011: Finished 48th at Messiah with a time of 31:37 (9/24), then, on the same course, placed 55th at the MAC Championships with a time of 30:36 (9/29).

2010: Placed 10th in a 5k dual meet at Wilkes, in 17:37 (9/1)… Took 9th place at the Cougar Classic, in 29:23.80 (9/18)… Ran 29:18 at Carnegie Mellon, placing him 103rd (9/25)… Took 144th place at Gettysburg, in 28:55.62 (10/16)… Finished 56th at the MAC Championships, in 28:54.75 (10/30)… Took 189th place at NCAA Mideast Regionals with a time of 29:07.10.

2009: Placed 8th in a dual meet victory over Wilkes (9/1)… Placed 19th at the NEPA Classic, with a 6k time of 22:29 (9/4)… Ran 29:18 at Lehigh (10/2)… Led Misericordia at Lafayette with a 30:07 (10/17)… Placed 72nd at the MAC Championships (10/31)… Ran his best time at the NCAA Mideast Regionals, placing 180th, in 28:42.

High School: Four year letter-winner in cross country and track... Three-year member of swim team... Team MVP in cross country and track... District medalist in cross country, track and swimming events... Qualified for states in both cross country and swimming.
