Biography
2009: Earned All-Region honors with a 21st place finish at NCAA Mideast Regionals, with a time of 22:45 (11/14)... Won a 4k dual-meet against Wilkes, in 15:35 (9/1)… Won the NEPA Classic, running the 4k course in 15:06 (9/4)… Finished 3rd at Lock Haven, in 23:00 (9/12)… Again finished 3rd at the Cougar Classic, with a 5k time of 19:24… Ran her best time of the season, 22:41, at Lehigh (10/2)… Placed 2nd at DeSales, in 23:13 (10/10)… Earned First-Team All-MAC honors with a 4th-place finish in 23:59 (10/31).
2008: Earned the Team MVP award, her third in three seasons… MU’s top finisher in eight of nine races… Won the season opener at King’s, running the 4k course in 14:24 (8/29)… Placed 2nd overall a week later at Keystone, in 26:15 (9/6)… Finished 3rd at the Cougar Classic, with her 19:08 putting her 7th on the Misericordia all-time top 10 list (9/20)… Finished 22nd at Lehigh, in 22:40 (10/3)… Placed 3rd overall at DeSales, in 23:12 (10/11)… Placed 5th at the MAC Championships in 23:45, earning her first-team all-conference honors for the third straight season (11/1)… Placed 35th at NCAA Regionals with a time of 23:41 (11/15).
