2018 Outdoor: Finished fifth and set a personal record in the 400m hurdles (55.36) and fourth in the 4x400 relay at the MAC championships…  Finished third in the 4x100, fourth in the 4x400 and seventh in the 400m hurdles at the ECAC championships…  Ran a personal best in the 200m (23.22) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet…  Won the 400m hurdles at the Muhlenberg Invitational, Misericordia Invitational and King’s College Monarch Open…  Won the 4x400 relay at the Misericordia Invitational…  Was third in the 400m hurdles at the York College Twilight Meet…  Ran in the 4x400 at the prestigious Penn Relays.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished 10^th in the 400m and fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships…  Finished second in the distance medley relay and fifth in the 4x400 relay at the ECAC championships...  Finished second in the 4x400 relay and fifth in the 400m at the River Hawk Opener…  Finished fifth in the 4x400 relay and ninth in the 400m at the S.U. Challenge.

2016-17: Placed fifth in the DMR, eighth in the 4x400 relay, and 11th in the 400 at the MAC Indoor Championships… Finished in the top 10 in the 400m hurdle and 4x400 at the MAC Outdoor Championships... Competed in the 400m hurdle and 200m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Finished tenth in the 400m hurdle, second in the 4x100, and third in the 4x400 at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships.

2015-16: Part of MAC indoor champion DMR and runner-up 4x400m...  Placed fifth in 400H at MAC outdoor championships.
