2012:  Competed in mid-distance events...  Ran a personal best 1:57.46 in the 800m at the MAC Championships (5/3)...  Helped the 4x800m relay finish 13th at the ECAC Championships in 7:57.38...  Ran the 1500m in 4:10.49 at the ESU All American Meet (4/21).

2011: Competed in mid-distance events... Had season bests of 1:58.70 at 800m, 2:42.92 at 1000m, 4:28.46 at 1500m and 4:38.77 in the mile... Placed 4th in the 4x400m relay and 7th in the 800m at the MAC indoor championships (2/26).

2010: Competed in mid-distance events… Ran 2:40.43 in the 1000m at the Deschriver Invite (2/7)… Placed eighth in the 800m (2:02.78) at the MAC indoor championships, and also was part of the 4x800 relay team that took third in a school-record 8:14.56 (2/27)… Ran 4:12.55 in the 1500m at Millersville (4/24)… Placed second in the 800m at the Narkiewicz Invitational, in 1:59.19… Also at the Narkiewicz Invite, was a part of the 4x400m relay team that won in a school-record time of 3:24.78 (4/30)… Submitted a personal-best 1:58.50 in the 800m at the MAC outdoor championships (5/6).

2009: Won the 400m with a time of 54.10 at the Narkiewicz Invitational, also placing 4th in the 800m (4/8)… Ran 54.18 in the 400m at the MAC championship meet (5/1-2).

High School: Three District Medals.
