2010: Placed 3rd in a season-opening dual meet at Wilkes, running the 5k course in 16:30 (9/1)… Took 8th at the Cougar Classic, in 28:56.30 (9/18)… Ran 27:56 at Lehigh, putting him 68th overall (10/1)… Placed 34th at the MAC Championships, in 27:58.83 (10/30)… Placed 156th at NCAA Mideast Regionals, with a time of 28:24.00 (11/13).

2009: Was MU’s number two runner before getting hurt halfway through the season… Finished 2nd in a dual meet against Wilkes (9/1)… Placed 5th at the NEPA Classic, with a 6k time of 21:00 (9/4)… Finished 23rd at Lock Haven, in 27:49 (9/12)… Placed 21st at the Cougar Classic, in 28:33 (9/19)… Ran 28:05 at Lehigh (10/2).

2008: Earned the Coach’s Award for the 2008 season… Finished 16th in the season opener at King’s (8/29)… Finished 13th at Keystone, in 32:28 (9/6)… Finished in 38th at the Cougar Classic with a time of 29:03 (9/20)… Improved to 28:54 at Lehigh, good for 166th place overall (10/3)… Had his highest team placement, third, with a 29:00 performance at DeSales (10/11)… Placed 41st at the MAC Championships, in 29:51 (11/1).

2007: Finished 8th in a dual meet victory over Keystone (8/31)… Placed 29th at Cedar Crest/Muhlenberg, in 31:52 (9/15)… Finished 24th at the PAC Championships with a time of 32:51 (10/27).
