2010: Earned second-team All-MAC honors… Won two races… Was MU’s top finisher six times… Recorded four of MU’s top-10 career times during the season… Won a 5k dual meet race at Wilkes, in 16:01 (9/1)… Won the Cougar Classic in 27:25.30 (9/18)… Ran 26:45 (currently eighth-fastest in school history) at Carnegie Mellon, placing him 12th (9/25)… Placed 24th at Lehigh, in 26:59 (10/1)… Dropped the ninth-fastest time in school history with a 26:55.17 at Gettysburg (10.16)… Ran the seventh-fastest time in school history and took 15th place at the MAC Championships with a 26:41.82 (10/30)… Placed 52nd at NCAA Mideast Regionals with the fifth-fastest time in school history, 26:37.90 (11/13).

2009: Set a school-record time of 26:13 at NCAA Mideast Regionals, missing All-Region honors by one place (11/14)… Earned first-team All-MAC honors with a 9th place finish at the conference meet (10/31)… MU’s top finisher in all eight of his races… Won a season-opening dual meet against Wilkes (9/1)… Finished 2nd at the NEPA Classic (9/4)… Placed 6th at Lock Haven, in 26:46 (9/12)… Placed 7th at the Cougar Classic, with a time of 27:28 (9/19)… Ran 26:41 at Lehigh, good for 20th place overall (10/2).

2008: Selected as Misericordia’s Team MVP for the second consecutive season… MU’s top finisher in all nine races… Finished 2nd in the season opener at King’s with a 19:40 6k time (8/29)… Again finished second at Keystone (9/6)… Placed 16th at the Cougar Classic, with a time of 27:48 (9/20)… Ran a season-best 27:45 at Lehigh, finishing 89th overall (10/3)… Finished 13th overall at DeSales, in 27:54 (10/11)… Earned second-team All-MAC with an 18th place finish in 28:34 (11/1)… Placed 106th overall at NCAA Regionals, with a time of 27:52 (11/15).

2007: Selected as Misericordia Team MVP as a freshman… Placed 2nd in a dual meet win over Keystone (8/31)… MU’s top finisher at Cedar Crest/Muhlenberg in 28:41, good for 5th overall (9/15)… Again led his team at the Cougar Classic, placing 13th overall in 29:15 (9/22)… Honored as second-team All-PAC after an 8th place finish in 29:46 (10/27)… Finished 129th at NCAA Regionals with a season-best 27:41 (11/10).
