2012: Competed in distance events... Ran a season best 4:23.49 in the 1500m at the Muhlenberg Spring Invite (4/7)... Ran a 2:06.11 in the 800m at the ESU All American Meet (4/21).
2011: Competed in mid-distance events... Had season bests of 2:07.34 at 800m, 4:36.03 at 1500m and 4:49.18 in the mile.
2010: Competed in mid-distance events… Ran 2:06.49 in the 800m at Moravian (4/10)… Timed a season-best 2:05.75 in the 800m at Millersville (4/24)… Teamed with John Gibbons, Pat Noonan and Kyle Suponcic to run 8:14.25 in the 4x800m relay at MACs (5/6).
High School: Member of track and soccer teams... Medaled at Districts and Jordan Relays... National Honor Society member.
