Biography
2012: Earned All-MAC 2nd Team honors for 15th-place finish in 27:29 at the MAC Championship meet (10/27)... Finished with one of the team's top two times in every meet, leading the team in five races... Broke his 8K PR three times during the season... Finished sixth overall with a time of 27:40 to lead the Cougars to victory at the Lebanon Valley Invite (9/8)... Finished second overall in 20:16 in the 6K NEPA Classic (9/21)... Ran a 33rd-place and career-best 26:42 at the Gettysburg Invitational, good for the eighth-fastest time in MU history... Concluded season with a 68th-place time of 27:06 at the NCAA Mideast Regional.
2011: Finished 30th at Lebanon Valley with a time of 16:56 (9/10)... PLaced 11th at the Cougar Classic in 28:36 (9/17)... Finished 12th overall at Messiah witha time of 19:39 (9/29), then ran a 29:06 on the same course at the MAC Championships to finish 26th (10/29).
High School: Two-time letterman in both cross country and track... District medalist in cross country... District champion at 1600m... Wyoming Valley All-Star in cross country.
