2014: First Team All-MAC selection... Finished sixth with a time of 23:10 at the MAC Championships... Added a 60th place finish at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 23:38... Finished second at the MU Invite (16:15.85) and Cougar Classic (24:45.98)... Finished fifth with a time of 20:04 at Lebanon Valley... Added a ninth place finish at Lock Haven with a time of 22:40.06... Finished 23rd with a time of 15:20.91 at Dickinson... Added a 26th place finish with a time of 23:58 at Gettysburg... 2013: Finished 30th at the MAC Championships (11/2) with a time of 25:46.0 in the 6K...Took more than two minutes off that time at the NCAA Mideast Championships (11/16)...Finished with a time of 23:37.0...Finished ninth at the Misericordia Invitational in the 4K with a time of 16:12.6.

Prep: Four-time First-Team All-Conference runner in high school....Earned Third-Team All-State honors.... Named school's "Most Outstanding Senior"... Also a member of soccer, track & field and volleyball teams... Named the Delaware State Wendy's Heisman Winner... Three-time member of all-conference teams in soccer.
