Biography
2017: Ran in eight meets… Finished 12th (27:10.7) at the MAC Championships, earning him a spot on the All-MAC second team… Ran a season-best 25:52.3 at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regionals en route to a 28th place finish out of 365 runners… Placed third (27:54.7) at the Cougar Classic.
2016: Earned first-team All-MAC honors as a sophomore year… Placed 10th at the MACs at Messiah with a time of 27:13… Placed among MU’s top-two six times in eight races... Posted a season-best at Geneseo with a 25:58… Won the Misericordia Invitational 5K in 16:53.
2015: Ran in all eight events as a first-year... Was named second-team All-MAC... Had five top 20 finishes on the year... Ran a season-best 26:23 at Rowan... Finished 14th at the MAC Championships with a time of 27:06... Finished 52nd at the NCAA regionals with a time of 26:39.
Prep: Earned 11 varsity letters, participating in cross country, swimming and track...Two-time PIAA state qualifier in cross country...Three-time Triple Crown Award Winner and three-time Most Valuable Runner.
