2018 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 5K at the King’s College Monarch Open… Finished fifth in the 5K at the Misericordia Invitational.
2017-18 Indoor: Ran in the 5K at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships… Ran in the 3000m at the Towson Tiger Invitational and the 20th Annual Bison Open.
2016-17: Ran in the 3000 and 5000m at the MAC Indoor Championships… Ran a college best 5000 (19:39.55) at the Danny Curran Invitational… Finished eighth in the 800 and 1500m at the Misericordia Invitational… Ran in the 5000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
2015-16: Indoor: MACs DMR 13:10.59 5th, 4x8 10:09.64 4th Season bests: 800 2:37.79, Mile 5:42.71, 5K 20:05.72
Outdoor: MACs 1500 5:14.47 19th, 5K 19:47.44 22nd Season bests: 800 2:43.98
2014-15: Part of the 4x800 relay team that finished third at the MAC Indoor Championships... Helped the 4x800 relay team to a win at the Susquehanna Classic... Added top-10 finishes at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, Susquehanna Open, York and Messiah.
