2014-15: Part of the men's 4x800 relay team that finished third at the MAC Indoor Championships... Finished sixth at 1500m and seventh at 800m at the MAC Outdoor Championships and added a seventh place finish at 1500m at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Won the mile at Susquehanna... Added a win at 1500m at the York Twilight Meet... Finished second at 1500m at Moravian and added third place finishes at Susquehanna.

2013-14: Won the mile at the Orange & Maroon Classic and at NYU with a school record time of 4:16.30... Won the 800m and 1500m at Susquehanna... Placed second in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships... Finished third in the mile at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Finished sixth in the 1500m and seventh in the 800m at the Outdoor MAC Championships... Also, part of the winning 4x400 relay team at the Crusader Classic. 

2012-13: Helped the MU 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish at the MAC Indoor Championships...Also finished eighth in the mile run (4:37.08).... Ran a season-best 4:32.23 in the mile at East Stroudsburg and posted a 2:04.42 in the 800m at Susquehanna... Was eighth in the 800m at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best 1:58.37... Part of the men's 4x400 squads that qualified for ECACs with a 3:23.89 at the Penn Relays and finished fourth at the MAC Outdoor Championships (3:25.28).

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country... Also earned two varsity letters in swimming... Member of squad that finished eighth in the state in the 4x400... 4x track and3x cross country state qualifie... School record-holder in the 4x800 relay.
