2012:  Competed in sprinting and jumping events...  Ran a personal best in the 400m (52.13) had a season best in the long jump (6.24m) at the MAC Championships (5/3)...  Helped the 4x100 relay to a time of 44.26 at the ECAC Championships (5/17).

2011: Competed in sprinting and jumping events... Had season bests of 7.01 in the 55m, 11.97 at 100m, 55.45 at 400m and 6.23m in the long jump... Placed 3rd in the 4x200m relay and 9th in the long jump at the MAC indoor championships (2/26)... Took 5th place in the 4x100 relay at MAC outdoors (5/5).

2010: Earned the team Coach’s Award… Competed in sprinting and jumping events… Ran 7.06 in the 55m dash at Ursinus (12/5)… Jumped a season-best 6.22m in the long jump at the MAC indoor championships (2/27)… Again jumped 6.22m at Moravian (4/10)… Placed second in the long jump at the Narkiewicz Invitational (6.14m) and ran a season-best 23.92 in the 200m (4/30)… Competed in the long jump (6.03m) and 200m (24.30) at the MAC outdoor championships… Was also part of the 4x100 relay team that took fifth at MACs in 45.32 (5/6).

2009: Finished 5th in the long jump at Muhlenberg, with a mark of 6.31m (4/4)… Won the long jump while placing 3rd in the 200m and 4th in the 100m at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/8)… Finished 7th in the long jump at East Stroudsburg, with a mark of 6.36m (4/18)… Ran 11.57 in the 100m, 23.93 in the 200m and participated on MU’s fifth-place 4x100m relay team at the MAC championships (5/1-2).
