2017: Ran in eight meets…  2X MAC Runner of the Week...  Earned all-MAC first team with a ninth-place finish at the MAC Championships ( 26:56.1)…  Finished 22nd out of 365 runners at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional with a time of 25:49.4…  Won the Misericordia Invitation 5K (16:07.7) and the Cougar Classic 8K (27:29.7)…  Ran a season-best time of 25:45.5 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle.

2016: Earned first-team All-MAC honors with a fourth-place finish (26:43)…  Ran in eight meets his junior year and was MU’s top finisher six times… Placed in top 10 finisher five times… Posted a season best 24:50 at Rowan… Finished second at the Misericordia Invitational 5K (17:00)... Named MU’s Wendy’s October Athlete of the Month.

2015: Ran in all eight events... Finished 31st in the MAC Championships with a time of 27:50... Ran a season-best 26:35 Rowan... Finished 8th in the Misericordia Invitational (9/1) with a time of 17:08... Finished 192nd at the NCAA regionals with a time of 28:40.

2014: Second Team All-MAC selection... Finished 17th overall while running the best first year time of 27:00 at the MAC Championships... Posted a 12th place finish at the MU Invite (17:41.68) and a 5th place finish at the Cougar Classic (28:32)... Added a 24th place finish with a time of 29:51 at the LVC Regional... Finished 133rd with a time of 27:38 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals.

Prep: Earned varsity letter in cross country, track and lacrosse while at Chaminade High School… Was named All-League Spring Track in 2013, All League Cross Country in 2013 and All-League Winter Track in 2014.
