Robyn Fedor Stahovic

Robyn Fedor Stahovic ’97 ‘98 is in her 24th season as head coach of field hockey at Misericordia, where she also serves as the Senior Women’s Administrator.

Under Stahovic, MU has won MAC Freedom titles and clinched NCAA tournament berths in 2015 and 2017.

In total, Stahovic and the Cougars have made eight postseason appearances in the MAC Freedom, appearing in the championship game in 2013, 2014, 2021 and 2022.

Additionally, she led Misericordia to an ECAC appearance in 2014.

Prior to MU's tenure in the MAC Freedom, Stahovic coached the Cougars to six consecutive PAC postseasons from 2002-07.

Stahovic guided the Cougars to their winningest season ever (18-4) in 2002. She has 210 career victories, placing her 27th among active D-III coaches.

In addition, she spent 10 seasons as the MU women’s lacrosse coach and led the team to Pennsylvania Athletic Conference playoff appearances in 2003, 2007 and 2008.

A graduate of Misericordia, Fedor Stahovic holds a master’s degree in physical therapy.  She was an all-conference player and three-year starter while helping the Cougars to three consecutive PAC championships in the mid-1990s.

She received the ECAC Award of Valor following her senior season and is a member of the Plains (PA) Sports Hall of Fame.
