David Porter is in his first season as the recruiting coordinator with the Misericordia University football team.

Porter spent the previous four years at the Newport News Apprentice School.

In addition, Porter spent three seasons as the QB/WR/DB coach at Denbigh High School.

Porter is the proud parent of two children – Tayshaun, a senior football player at Howard University, and Mya, a sophomore varsity cheer captain at Warwick (VA) High School.
