2013: Competed in six meets...Ran a season-best 26:53.8 at the NCAA Mideast Championships (11/16)...Finished 29th at the MAC Championships (11/2) with a 28:08.2...Finished 47th in the 5M at DeSales (10/12) with a 28:14.9.

2012: Earned 2nd-Team All-MAC honors for his 14th place finish at the MAC Championship meet with a time of 27:20 (10/27)... Counted as a scoring runner in all eight meets, leading the team twice... Placed eighth at the MU Invitational with a 5K time of 17:35 (8/31)... Sixth place finish in 6K time of 20:28 helped MU to a victory at the NEPA Classic (9/21)... Finished 42nd with a then career-best time of 26:50 at the Gettysburg Invitational (10/13), then broke that PR with a 26:46 time at the NCAA Mideast Regional, good for the 10th-best time in school history (11/10).

2011: Was named to both the All-Region Freshman Team and the All-MAC 2nd Team...  Placed fourth at the NEPA Classic with a time of 20:25 (9/1)...  Helped propell MU to a win at the Cougar Classic (9/17), where he finished eighth with a time of 28:12...  Ran a 29:40 at Messiah to finish 11th, then ran a 28:21 on the same course in the MAC Championships to place 11th and earn second team All-MAC honors... Ran a season-best 27:28 at the NCAA Mideast Regional, good for 73rd place.

High School: Member of varsity cross country and track teams... 2010 PIAA state runner-up (cross country)... Fifth place at 2011 PIAA track and field championships (3200m).
