Biography
2011: Earned second team All-MAC honors... His best finish came at the Cougar classic where he placed ninth with a time of 28:29 (9/17)... Finished 17th at the NEPA Classic with a time of 21:15 (9/1)... Ran a 29:40 at Messiah to finish 15th (9/24), then ran a 28:28 on the same course to finish 14th at the MAC Championships.
2010: Earned first team All-MAC honors… Set the Misericordia school record for a cross country 8k… Finished the season as MU’s top runner… Took 5th overall at the Cougar Classic, in 28:57.60 (9/18)… Took 38th place at Carnegie Mellon, with a time of 27:43 (9/25)… Placed 73rd at Lehigh, in 28:00 (10/1)… Ran 27:05.27 at Gettysburg, good for 30th place overall (10/16)… Set a school-record 26:11.72 at the MAC Championships, placing him 8th (10/30)… Ran the third-fastest time in school history with a 26:30.20 at NCAA Mideast Regionals, placing him 45th (11/13).
High School: Member of varsity cross country and track & field teams... 2007 Lackawanna Runner of the Year... District II Champion in both cross country and track & field.
