2013: Competed in six meets during freshman year...Posted a season-best 29:22.3 at the LHU Open/Invitational (9/21)...Also finished in the top 100 at the MAC Championships (11/2) with a 30:02.2.

Prep: Team captain of cross country team in 2012 and track & field team in 2013... Tioga Central's Most Valuable Runner (2010-2012)... Valley Sports Report Runner of the Year (2011-12)... All-Region third team in 2012... 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
