2012: Competed in seven meets, breaking his 8K PR time three times... Finished 20th overall at the NEPA Classic with a 6K time of 21:33 (9/21)... Ran a career-best 29:59 at the Gettysburg Invitational (10/13)... Finished 96th at the MAC Championships in a time of 30:41 (10/27).
2011: Finished third overall (22:41) to propell the Cougars to a victory in a dual meet against Wilkes (9-1)... Placed 36th with a time of 30:49 to help MU win the Cougar Classic (9/17)... Ran a 31:00 to finish 39th at Messiah (9/24).
High School: Member of cross country, track, baseball and soccer teams... State qualifier and second place at districts (4x800m)... Fifth place at districts in the 1600m... Second-place at cross-country states... Member of the National Honor Society.
