2013: Competed in seven events during senior season...Finished 31st at the MAC Championships with a 28:12.2 (11/2)...Ran a season-best 27.29.0 at the LHU Open/Invitational (9/21)...Finished 27th in the 5K at the Misericordia Invitational (8/30) with a 17:59.8.
2012: Counted as a scoring runner in all eight meets, leading the team once and never finishing worse than fourth on the squad... Finished third overall with a 5K time of 17:10 at the MU Invitational (8/31)... Was ninth overall at Lebanon Valley with a time of 27:59 (9/8)... Fifth overall at the NEPA Classic with a 6K time of 20:21 (9/21)... Ran a career best 27:37 8K time at the Gettysburg Invitational (10/13)... Finished 33rd at the MAC Championships with a time of 28:22 (10/27)... Finished season with a 27:57 time at the NCAA Mideast Regional, good for 118th place (11/10).
2011: FInished first at the NEPA Classic with a time of 20:27 (9/1)... Finished third (27:48) at the Cougar Classic (9/17) to propell MU to a victory... Placed 14th at Messiah with a time of 29:40, to aid the Cougars to a second place finish (9/24)... Finished 24th overall at the MAC Championships with a time of 28:59 (9/29).
2010: Placed 4th in a dual meet victory over Wilkes, covering the 5k course in 16:31 (9/1)… Took 3rd overall and was MU’s second finisher at the Cougar Classic, with a time of 28:15.50 (9/18)… Ran 27:53 at Carnegie Mellon, good for 48th place (9/25)… Placed 147th at NCAA Mideast Regionals, in 28:16.10 (11/13).
High School: Member of varsity cross country and track & field teams... Earned seven district medals in track... Three-time All-Conference in cross country... Two-time state qualifier in cross country.
