2010: Earned second-team All-MAC honors… One of Misericordia’s top-two finishers on four occasions… Placed 2nd in a dual meet victory over Wilkes, with a 5k time of 16:30 (9/1)… Took 4th at the Cougar Classic, in 28:18.80 (9/18)… Placed 25th at Carnegie Mellon, in 27:12 (9/25)… Ran 27:32 at Lehigh, good for 44th overall (10/1)… Ran 27:12.41 at Gettysburg (10/16)… Turned in a career-best 27:02.96 at the MAC Championships, placing him 20th in the conference (10/30)… Placed 86th at NCAA Mideast Regionals, in 27:14.00 (11/13).

2009: Finished 3rd in a dual meet victory over Wilkes (9/1)… Placed 7th at the NEPA Classic, with a 6k time of 21:01 (9/4)… Finished 27th at Lock Haven, in 27:59 (9/12)… Placed 22nd at the Cougar Classic (9/19)… Ran 28:17 at Lehigh (10/2)… Was MU’s second finisher at DeSales, in 28:15 (10/10)… Finished 26th at the MAC Championships, with a time of 28:49 (10/31)… Ran a season-best 27:11 at NCAA Mideast Regionals, taking 86th place overall (11/14).

2008: One of MU’s top-three finishers in every race but one in 2008… Placed 11th in the season opener at King’s, with a 6k time of 20:38 (8/29)… Finished 9th at Keystone (9/6)… Placed 36th at the Cougar Classic, in 28:51 (9/20)… Ran 28:25 at Lehigh, good for 136th place (10/3)… Finished 31st overall at DeSales, with a time of 28:27 (10/11)… Finished 34th at the MAC Championship meet, in 29:24 (11/1)… Placed 150th at NCAA Regionals, in 28:30 (11/15).

2007: Finished 3rd in his first collegiate race, a dual meet versus Keystone (8/31)… Finished 10th overall at Cedar Crest/Muhlenberg, in 29:14 (9/15)… Ran 28:21 at Lehigh, good for 125th place overall (9/28)… Honored as first-team All-PAC with a 7th place finish at the PAC Championships, in 29:38 (10/27)… Finished 141st at NCAA Regionals in a season-best 27:50 (11/10).
