2011: Competed in hurdling and sprinting events... Had season bests of 8.89 in the 55m hurdles, 18.87 in the 110m hurdles, 59.42 in the 400m hurdles and 55.73 at 400m.

2010: Competed in sprinting and hurdles events… Ran 9.44 in the 55m hurdles at the Deschriver Invite (2/7)… Ran an indoor 400m in 55.79 at Susquehanna (2/13)… Turned in season-bests in the 110m hurdles (17.69) and 400m hurdles (59.83) at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/30)… Competed in the 400m hurdles at the MAC outdoor championships, placing eighth in 1:01.06 after running 1:00.16 in the prelims (5/6).

2009: Finished 6th in the 110m hurdles at Muhlenberg, with a time of 15.8 (4.4)… Placed 5th in the 400m hurdles at the Narkiewicz Invitational, in 1:04.71 (4/8)… Ran 1:00.17 in the 400m hurdles at the MAC championships (5/1-2).

2008: Finished 8th in the 400m at Susquehanna, in 56.85 and 7th in the 400 hurdles, in 1:07.72 (3/29)… Won the 400m hurdles at the Narkiewicz Invitational, running 1:03.77 (4/13).
