2012-13: Ran a season-best time to finish tenth in the 800m (2:05.68) at the MAC Indoor Championships.
2011-12: Competed in distance events... Ran a season best 1:57.49 in the 800m at the Swarthmore Meet (5/14)... Helped the 4x800 relay run a season best 7:57.38 at the ECAC Champinships (5/17)... Helped the 4x400 relay run a 3:33.03 at the ESU All American Meet (4/21).
High School: He was on a 4x800 relay team that finished 2nd in districts and qualified for state... Finish 5th in the 1500 in districts... Finished 2nd in cross country in states... Earened the Presidential Fitness award.
