2012:  Competed in distance events...  Ran a season best 1:57.93 in the 800m at the Swarthmore College Last Chance meet (5/14)...  Helped the 4x800 relay to a 13th place finish and a time of 7:57.38 at the ECAC Championships (5/17).

2011: Competed in mid-distance events... Had a season best of 2:04.22 in the indoor 800m.

2010: Competed in mid-distance events… Ran 2:00.01 in the 800m at East Stroudsburg (4/17)… Ran 4:17.24 in the 1500m at Millersville (4/24)… Won the 800m at the Narkiewicz Invitational, in 1:58.24… Also set a school record of 3:24.78 in the 4x400 relay at the Narkiewicz Invite, with Frank Redmond, Kyle Suponcic and Sean Ciborowski (4/30)… Improved to 1:57.33 in the 800m prelims before taking sixth place with a 1:59.17 in the finals at the MAC outdoor championships (5/6).

High School: Four letters in track and cross country... Three letters in swimming... Team MVP in both track and cross country... District medalist in track, cross country and swimming... State qualifier in cross country and swimming.
