2018 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 4x400 relay at the MAC championships… Finished second in the 400m at the Misericordia Invitational… Ran the fastest 400m (53.25) this outdoor season for the Cougars at the King’s College Monarch Open… Ran the 4x400 relay at the Penn Relays.
2017-18 Indoor: Finished 6th and set a personal record in the 400m (52.02) at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships… Was part of the third-place distance medley relay and the fourth-place 4x400 relay teams at the MAC championships… Ran a personal best in the 200m (23.98) at the River Hawk Opener… Ran a personal best in the 800m (2:09.39) at the Towson Tiger Invitational… Finished fourth in the 400m at the River Hawk Opener.
Prep: New Balance National Outdoor Qualifier... 2X All-League First Team... All-District.
