2018 Outdoor: Seventh in the 800 (1:59.45) and 1500 (4:00.75) at the MAC championships and was part of the fourth-place 4x400 and sixth-place 4x800 relay teams…  Ran a personal-best in the 800m preliminaries (1:56.10) at the MAC championships…  Eighth in the 1500m, second in the 4x800 and fourth in the 4x400 at the ECAC championships…  Won the 800m, 1500m and 4x400 relay at the Misericordia Invitational…  Won the 800m (1:56.69) at the King’s College Monarch Open…  Third in the 1500m at the Sam Howell Invitational…  Seventh in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet.

2017-18 Indoor: Third in the mile (4:22.39) and ninth in the 800m (2:02.59) at the Middle Atlantic Conference championhsips, and was part of the third-place distance medley relay and fourth-place 4x400 relay teams…  Second in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:20.33, second in the DMR and fifth in the 4x400 relay at the ECAC championships…  Won the 4x400 relay and was second in the mile at the River Hawk Opener…  Fourth in the DMR and fifth in the 800 at the 20^th Annual Bison Open…  Second in the mile and fifth in the 4x400 relay at the S.U. Challenge…  Fifth in the mile and the 4x400 at the Cornell Deneault Memorial.

2016-2017: Won the mile at the River Hawk Opener… Finished third in the 5000m, fourth in the 3000, sixth in the 4x800, and seventh in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships… Finished sixth in the DMR at the ECAC DIII Indoor Championships… Placed in the top ten 4x800 and 1500m and 16th in the 5000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships… Helped the 4x400 relay place third at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Finished second in the 1500m and third in the 4x400 relay at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships.

2015-16: Part of MAC indoor champion distance medley relay team that went on to place fourth at ECAC’s...  4x800m was third at MAC outdoor championships.

2014-15: Part of the 4x800 relay that finished third at the MAC Championships... Finished fifth at the ECAC Championships in the 4x800... Part of the winning 4x800 relay team at Susquehanna... Finished seventh at 3000m and 10th at 400m at Susquehanna.
