2012:  Competed in jumping and sprinting events...  Had a season best in the triple jump (12.18m) at the Swarthmore meet (5/14)...  Had a jump of 5.78m at the Bow-Tie Classic (12/3)...  Helped the 4x100 relay to a time of 43.07 at the Swarthmore Meet (5/14).

2011: Competed in jumping and sprinting events... Had season bests of 5.75m in the long jump, 13.57m in the triple jump and 24.59 at 200m... Placed 2nd in the triple jump and 3rd in the 4x200 relay at the MAC indoor championships (2/26)... Competed at the ECAC indoor meet in the 4x200m relay, placing 23rd (3/4)... Again took 2nd in the triple jump, at the MAC outdoor meet (5/5).

2010: Competed in jumping events… Jumped a personal-best 5.77m in the long jump at Susquehanna (2/13)… Earned second-team all-conference honors at the MAC indoor championships with a fourth-place showing in the triple jump in 12.70m (2/27)… Jumped 12.29m in the triple jump at East Stroudsburg (4/17).

High School: Two varsity letters in track and basketball... Four letters in soccer... Two-time soccer team captain.
