Madison Holub is in her second season as the graduate assistant coach for the Misericordia University softball team.
A native of Coplay, PA, Holub earned her degree in early childhood/special education from Misericordia where she was a four-year starter for the Cougars softball team.
During her playing career, Holub earned MAC Freedom first-team honors in 2018 & 2019 and was named All-MAC Freedom second-team in 2021. She ranks second all-time in career triples (18) and 10th all-time in career batting average (.399) for the Cougars. Holub is tied for the most hit by pitches in school history and is ninth all-time with 34 stolen bases.
During her 2021 campaign, Holub had the second-highest single-season OB% (.561) in school history and led the Cougars to a 24-6 record. She was named to the NFCA All-East Region team and the Academic All-District team.
She was the recipient of the 2021 Misericordia University NCAA Woman of the Year Award.
