Rebecca Rhodes is in her first year as an assistant track and field coach at Misericordia University.
Rhodes previously served as the assistant track and field coach at Moravian College where she helped coach both the men's and the women's outdoor track teams to a Landmark Conference Championship.
She was part of a staff that was selected as the men's and the women's Landmark Coaching Staff of the Year. She primarily worked with the jumpers.
She has coached at Lane Community College (OR), the Emerald Valley Track Club (OR) and the Salem Track Club (OR).
A Portland, OR native, she received a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology with minors in Business and Economics from the University of Oregon.
Rhodes was a two-time Pac 12 scorer, an NCAA Regional Qualifier and is ranked in the top 10 all-time for indoor and outdoor short hurdles. Â
