2013: Best time was 28:37.1 in the 6K at Gettysburg (10/19)...Ran a 20:31.8 in the 4K at the Misericordia Invitational (8/30).
2012: Competed in seven meets... Placed 15th at the NEPA Classic with a 4K time of 17:42 (9/21)... Ran a career-best 6K time of 27:23 at the Paul Short Invitational (9/28)... Finished in 84th place with a time of 28:36 at the MAC Championship meet (10/27).
2011: Competed in all nine meets... Placed sixth in dual meet win over Wilkes... Season-best 27:55 to close the season at the NCAA Mideast Regionals.
2010: Placed 8th in a dual meet victory over Wilkes, with a 5k time of 23:27 (9/1)... Ran 28:02 at Lehigh (10/1)... Ran a season-best 27:43.24 at the MAC Championships, good for 78th place (10/30)... Competed at the NCAA Mideast Regionals, placing 253rd in 28:08.10 (11/13).
High School: Member of varsity cross country, swimming and track & field teams... Cross country team captain... Division 2 AAA team champion and state qualifier in cross country... District medalist in 200 IM and 400 free relay in swimming... Swim team won conference four times and districts once.
