Misericordia University Athletics

Katie Chambers has joined the Misericordia University athletics staff as the women's soccer graduate assistant coach.

A native of Sleepy Hollow, IL, Chambers is a 2012 graduate of Loras College with a degree in physical education.

An all-conference and all-region selection at goalkeeper, she led the Duhawks to a pair of Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships and a berth in the 2011 NCAA Sweet Sixteen.

Chambers, who is pursuing a master's degree in organizational management, will work predominantly with the goalkeepers at MU.
