Biography
2014-15: Named the Track Athlete of the Meet, following a victory in the 3000m steeplechase and second place finishes in the 1500m and 5000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships... Finished second in the mile and third in the 5000m run at the MAC Indoor Championships... Added top-10 individual finishes at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, Susquehanna, Bucknell, Washington & Lee, York and the Danny Curran Invitational... Part of the 4x100 relay team that finishied 11th at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
2013-14: Part of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Crusader Classic... Finished fourth in the mile at Ursinus.. Finished sixth in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships and seventh in the 1,500m run at the MAC Outdoor Championhips... Added top-10 finishes at Susquehanna, Washington & Lee, Widener and Swarthmore.
Prep: Four-time first-team All-Conference runner in high school....Earned third-team All-State honors.... Named school’s “Most Outstanding Senior”... Also a member of soccer, track & field and volleyball teams... Named the Delaware State Wendy’s Heisman Winner... Three-time member of all-conference teams in soccer.
