2014-15: Won the 1500m run at the Outdoor MAC Championships and added wins in the 3000m and 5000m run at the MAC Indoor Championships... Added a second place finish at 800m and was part of the 4x800 relay team that took home second place honors at the MAC Outdoor Championships... Won the 3000m run at Orange & Maroon Classic and Crusader Classic... Added top-five finishes sat Bucknell, Moravian, Susquehanna, York and the Danny Curran Invitational... Finished seventh in the 1500m run at the ECAC Championships.

2013-14: Picked up wins in the 1,500m and 300m at Susquehanna and part of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Jim Taylor Invitational... Finished 3rd in the mile at NYU and at Indoor MACs...Finished fourth in 800m at Washington & Lee... Picked up fifth place finishes in the 800m at Ursinus and 800m at Susquehanna... Also, finished 6th in the mile at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Invitational.

2012-13: Helped MU to a pair of MAC titles in the 4x800m relay at the MAC Indoor (9:52.78) and Outdoor (9:24.22) Championships... Also was part of the distance medley relay squad that finished fourth at the indoor championships... Posted a season-best 1500m time at Moravian's Coach P Invitational (5:06.94)... Ran a season-best 2:27.87 in the 800m at the Lafayette-Rider Invite and a 5:41.58 in the mile at Susquehanna.

Prep: Earned four varsity letters in track and two each in tennis and cross country... 2011 all-conference first team selection for cross country... School record-holder in the 4x800 relay.
