2012-13: Helped MU to MAC titles in both the 4x400m relay (3:54.65) and 4x800m relay (9:24.22) at the MAC Outdoor Championships... Earned Second Team All-MAC honors in the 800m after placing fourth at MAC Outdoors with a career-best 2:18.84... Also a member of MU’s 4x400m squad that won the title at the MAC Indoor Championships (4:06.05)... Also placed fifth individually in the 800m (2:22.44) at MAC Indoors to earn second team All-MAC honors.

2011-12:  Had a personal best of 1:01.39 in the 400m and a 2:21.79 in the 800m...  Helped the 4x400 relay team place ninth in the ECAC meet (3:58.71)...  Placed fourth in the 800 at MAC's (2:22.98)...  Helped lead the 4x400 team claim a MAC title with a 3:58.30.

2010-11: Competed in mid-distance events... Had season bests of 62.45 at 400m and 2:22.45 at 800m... Won a MAC indoor championship in the 4x800m relay, while placing 5th at 400m (2/26)... Also earned All-ECAC honors in the 4x800 with a 5th-place performance at the indoor championships (3/4)... Placed 3rd in the 4x400m relay and 6th in the 800m at MAC outdoors (5/5)... Earned All-ECAC honors outdoors in the 4x400m relay (5/19).

High School: Member of varsity cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams... Captain of both indoor and outdoor track teams... Track & field team MVP (2010)... First-team All-Country (2008).
