2010: Competed in throwing and mid-distance events… Threw 8.23m in the shot put and 9.31m in the weight throw at Susquehanna (2/19)… Recorded a season-best 25.60m in the javelin at Moravian (4/10)… Threw 24.61m in the discus at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/30)… Competed in the hammer throw at the MAC outdoor championships, notching a season-best 27.56m (5/6).
