2018 Outdoor: Set a personal record and finished 11th in the 5K (18:55.28) at the MAC championships… Ran a personal best and finished seventh in the 1500m (5:07.46) at the King’s College Monarch Open… Finished third in the 5K at the Misericordia Invitational… Finished ninth in the 5K at the Muhlenberg Invitational.
2017-18 Indoor: Finished eighth and ran a personal record in the 3000m (10:58.41) at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships… Set a personal record in the mile (5:43.43) at the Towson Tiger Invitational… Finished seventh in the mile at the River Hawk Opener… Finished ninth in the 3000m at the S.U. Challenge.
2016-2017: Competed in the River Hawk Opener.
2015-16: Qualified for MAC indoor championships in the mile... Ran outdoor PR at 1500m and qualified for MAC outdoor meet.
2014-15: Finished 11th in the mile at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.
