2018 Outdoor: Ran a personal best and finished 10th in the 5K (18:51.45) and finished fourth in the 10K at the MAC championships… Finished eighth and set a personal record in the 1500m (5:08.20) at the King’s College Monarch Open… Finished second in the 5K at the Misericordia Invitational.
2017-18 Indoor: Finished second in the 5K and set a personal record and finished third in the 3000m (10:55.33) at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships… Ran a personal best in the mile (5:38.23) at the Cornell Deneault Memorial… Finished third in the 5K at the S.U. challenge… Finished ninth in the mile at the River Hawk Opener.
2016-17: Also a member of the cross country team… Placed fifth in the 5000 at the Ramapo College Season Opener… Ran a college best in the 5000m at the Annual Bison Open (19:00.73)... Placed in the top 15 in the 3000m and 5000m in the MAC Indoor Championships… Placed sixth in the 5000m at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships… Competed in the 5000m and finished 10th in the 10,000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
2015-16: Qualified for MAC indoor championships at 3000m and 5000m... Finished sixth at 10,000m at MAC outdoor championships.
2014-15: Finished 12th at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.
