2012-13: First Team All-MAC in three events after finishing runner-up in both the  400 hurdles (1:03.83) and the triple jump (10.88m)  and third in the long jump (4.88m) at the MAC Outdoor Championships... Also was part of the 4x400 squad that won the MAC Outdoor title (3:54.65)... Earned All-ECAC honors for her fourth-place finish in the 400 hurldes at the ECAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best 1:02.66... Finished as runner-up in the triple jump, third in the 60m hurdles, and fourth in the long jump at the MAC Indoor Championships...  60m hurdles (9.46) and triple jump (11.03m) marks at MACs were season-bests... Also helped the women’s squad to a victory in the 4x400m relay and a runner-up finish in the 4x200m rela... Season-best 1:01.41 in the 400m at the Lafayette-Rider Invite... Posted a 4.96m long jump at Bucknell.

2011-12:  Competed in hurdles and jumping events...  Finished seventh at ECAC's in the triple jump with a jump of 11.21m and was sixth in the 400H (1:03.54)...  Helped eth 4x400 finish ninth with a time of 3:58.71... Won the 400H at the  MAC outdoor meet (1:04.72) and was third in the 100H (15.40)...  Was second in the triple jump (11.58m), and sixth in the long jump (4.79m)...  Helped the 4x100 relay to a second place finish (48.18).

2010-11: Competed in jumping and hurdles events... Had season bests of 8.83 in the 55m hurdles, 15.10 in the 100m hurdles, 64.35 in the 400m hurdles, 5.03m in the long jump and 10.98m in the triple jump... Placed 1st in the 4x200m relay, 2nd in the triple jump, 4th in the 4x400m relay, 6th in the 55m hurdles and 6th in the long jump at the MAC indoor championship meet (2/26)... Placed 2nd in the long jump at MAC outdoors (5/4)... Was also 2nd in the 400 hurdles, 3rd in the 100 hurdles, 3rd in the long jump, 3rd in the 4x400 relay and 4th in the 4x100 relay at the championships (5/5)... Earned All-ECAC honors in the 4x400m relay and placed 16th in the 400m hurdles (5/19).

2009-10: Competed in jumping, sprinting and hurdles events… Ran 9.10 in the 55m hurdles and went 4.74m in the long jump at the MAC indoor championships (2/27)… Recorded a season-best 10.94m in the triple jump at Moravian (4/10)… At the Narkiewicz Invitational, won the 110 hurdles (16.03), the triple jump (10.70m) and was part of the winning 4x100m relay team (50.66)… Won MAC Rookie of the Year honors after placing second in both the 100 hurdles (15.35) and 400 hurdles (1:06.54) at the MAC outdoor championships… Also was fourth in the triple jump (10.79m), fifth in the long jump (4.86m) and took part in the winning 4x100 team (49.69) at the MAC meet (5/6)… At the ECAC championships, was 10th in the 4x100 relay (50.50), 15th in the 100 hurdles (15.87) and 18th in the 400 hurdles (1:09.35).

High School: Four varsity letters in track, three in field hockey... Three-time state qualifier in the triple jump... State qualifier in the 300 hurdles... 2009 District champion in the 300 hurdles.
