2018 Outdoor: Part of fifth-place 4x800 relay team at the MAC championships…  Also ran in the 1500m and 5K at MACs…  Finished second in the 4x800 relay at the ECAC championships…  Ran a personal record in the 5K (19:17.53) at the York College Twilight Meet…  Won the 1500m at the King’s College Monarch Open…  Finished third in the 800m and 1500m as well as fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Misericordia Invitational…  Finished ninth in the 1500m at the Muhlenberg Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 4x800 and distance medley relays at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships…  Ran a personal record in the mile (5:23.03) and finished seventh while also finishing third in the 4x800 relay at the ECAC championships…  Part of third-place 4x800 relay team at the S.U. Challenge.

2016-2017: Ran a college best 800m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (2:24.70)... Placed ninth in the 1500m at the MAC Outdoor Championships… Member of the winning 4x800m relay, placed third in the DMR, and fifth in mile at the MAC Indoor Championships… Placed second in the 4x800 relay at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships… Placed 11th in the DMR at the ECAC DIII Indoor Championship and third in the 4x800 relay.

2015-16: Placed fourth at MAC indoor in the 4x800 and fifth in the DMR...  MAC outdoor champion in the 4x800.

2014-15: Part of the 4x800 relay team that finished second at the MAC Championships... Added a third place finish at 1500m at MAC’s and won the 1500m at York... Part of the winning 4x800 relay team at Susquehanna and part of the fifth place 4x800 team at ECAC’s... Added a fourth place finish in the mile at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.
