2018 Outdoor: Finished second in the 10K and fourth in the 5K at the MAC championships… ECAC champion in the 10K, setting a personal record with a time of 37:55.06… Ran a personal best in the 5K (17:45.63) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet… Set a personal record in the 1500m (5:07.22) at the King’s College Monarch Opener… Won the 5K at the Misericordia Invitational… Finished seventh in the 10K at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
2017-18 Indoor: Finished third in the 5K and set a personal record in the 3000m (11:13.85) at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships… Finished fourth in the 5K (19:05.81) at the ECAC championships… Ran a personal record in the mile (5:38.67) at the River Hawk Opener.
2016-17: Won the 10,000 at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships with a college best (37:55.52)... Placed tenth in the 5000 at the MAC Indoor Championships… Placed in the top-five in the 5000 and 10,000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships… Ran a college best 5000m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (17:55.52).
2015-16: Ran a PR 6:22.88 in the indoor mile... Placed ninth at MAC’s in outdoor 5K.
