Biography
2012-13: Ran a career-best 5K time of 21:34.84 at the Danny Curran Invite during the outdoor season... Posted indoor season-best times of 6:32.54 in the mile at Lafayette-Rider and 13:27.57 in the 3000m at Susquehanna.
2011-12: Competed in distance events... Had a season best of 5:53.65 at the ESU All American Meet (4/21).
2010-11: Competed in distance events... Had a season best of 5:55.08 at 1500m.
High School: Member of varsity cross country, swimming and track & field teams... Cross country team captain... Division 2 AAA team champion and state qualifier in cross country... District medalist in 200 IM and 400 free relay in swimming... Swim team won conference four times and districts once.
