2011: Competed in throwing events... Had season bests of 38.81m in the javelin, 34.47m in the discus and 9.14m in the weight throw... Placed 4th in the discus at the MAC outdoor championships (5/4)... Added a runner-up place in the javelin (5/5).

2010: Competed in throwing events… Recorded a mark of 10.42m in the weight throw at Susquehanna (2/19)… Threw 9.35m in the shot put at the MAC indoor championships (2/27)… Threw 32.26m in the discus at Millersville (4/24)… Won the javelin (33.55m) and the discus (31.99m) at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/30)… Was MU’s lone individual champion at the MAC outdoor championships, winning the javelin (38.42m)… Also placed fifth in the discus (33.44m) at MAC outdoors (5/6)… Competed in the javelin at the ECAC championships, placing ninth with a mark of 37.06m (5/15).

2009: Set school records in the javelin and discus… Placed 6th in the javelin at Widener, throwing 111’6” (3/28)… Placed 4th in the javelin at Muhlenberg (4/4)… Won the pole vault, discus and javelin at the Narkiewicz Invitational, and placed 2nd in the shot put (4/8)… Finished 2nd in the javelin at East Stroudsburg, throwing 121’ (4/18)… Placed 3rd in the javelin at West Chester (4/24)… Won the javelin at the MAC championships with a school record toss of 124’ (5/1-2).

2008: Placed 2nd in both the discus and javelin at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/13)… Finished 6th in the javelin at East Stroudsburg, throwing 102’5” (4/19)… Placed 6th at the MAC championships in the javelin, throwing 112’2” (5/3)… Won the javelin at the Mid-Atlantic championships, while also placing 2nd in the discus (5/9-10).
