2012-13: Helped the Cougars to the 4x400m relay title and a runner-up finish in the 4x200m relay at the MACIndoor Championships... Also posted season-best times to place fourth individually in the 400m (1:00.84) and seventh in the 200m (26.93)... Ran a 1:21.34 in the 500m at Bucknell... Was part of the 4x400 relay team that took first at the MAC Outdoor Championships (3:54.65)... Ran a season-best 1:00.53 in the 400 prelims at that same event.

2011-12:  Compete in sprinting events...  Had a personal best in the 200m (26.06) and the 400m (59.64)...  Helped the 4x400 relay to a ninth place finish at ECAC's (3:58.71) and a MAC title (3:58.30)...  Helped the 4x100 relay to a 10th place finish at ECAC's (49.36) and a second place finish at MAC's (48.18).

2010-11: Competed in sprinting events... Had season bests of 7.76 at 55m, 13.93 at 100m, 26.66 at 200m and 59.65 at 400m... Placed 1st in the 4x200m relay, 2nd at 400m, 4th in the 4x400m relay and 5th in the 200m at the MAC indoor championships... Placed 3rd in the 4x400m relay, 4th in the 4x400m relay, 7th in the 200m and 7th in the 400m at MAC outdoors (5/5)... Earned All-ECAC honors in the 4x400m relay and set a school record in the 400m, 59.65 (5/19).

2009-10: Competed in sprinting events… Earned first team All-MAC honors with a third-place finish in the 400m (1:02.68) at the MAC indoor championships… Was also part of the winning 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams at MAC indoors (2/27)… Teamed with Kelsey Cameron, Marcie Cusatis and Jen Lozier to set a school-record 4:07.13 in the 4x400m relay at Penn Relays (4/22)… Placed second in the 200m (27.84) and 400m (1:02.71) at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/30)… Was fourth in the 200m (26.91) and the 400m (1:01.25 in the final, 1:00.72 in the prelims) at the MAC outdoor championships, while also placing first in the 4x100 relay and second in the 4x400 relay (5/6)… Teamed with Cameron, Cusatis and Lozier to lower their 4x400m relay school record to 4:02.32 with a 10th place finish at the ECAC championships… Also part of the 4x100 relay team that took 10th at ECACs (5/15).

High School: Member of varsity track and field hockey teams... Track & Field MVP... Four-time District champion... Two-time state medalist.
