Biography
2018 Outdoor: Ran a personal best and finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase (12:12.87) and finished 14th in the 5K at the MAC championships… Ran a personal best in the 1500m (5:19.75) at the King’s College Monarch Open… Won the 3000m steeplechase and finished fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Misericordia Invitational… Finished second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Muhlenberg Invitational… Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the Muhlenberg Invitational.
2017-18 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 5K and 14th in the 3K at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships… Ran a personal record and finished third in the mile (5:39.27) at the River Hawk Opener… Ran a personal best in the 3000m (11:08.12) at the 20th Annual Bison Open… Finished fifth and set a personal record in the 5000m (19:17.55) at the S.U. Challenge.
2016-17: Competed in the 3000m at the MAC Indoor Championships… Ran a college best 3000 steeple at the Coach P Invitational (12:14.44)... Competed in the 3000 steeple and 3000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
2015-16: Qualified for MAC indoor championships at 3000m... Set outdoor PRs in 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.
2014-15: Finished third in the 3000m steeplechase at Messiah.
