Misericordia University Athletics

Evelyn Logie is a senior member of the Misericordia University women’s soccer team. The three-year starter has appeared in 60 games during her first three seasons with the Cougars.

The veteran back has been a key contributor for Misericordia’s dominant defense over the past several seasons. The Cougars have finished with the MAC Freedom’s top defense in each of Logie’s three full seasons with the team.

The defense has held opponents to a conference-best 0.72 goals against average (GAA) with 40 shutouts since 2015. This year’s squad is ranked 19^th in the nation and currently leads the MAC Freedom with a 0.40 GAA, which is 0.60 points lower than the next best defense.

A physical therapy major, the Scotch Plains native was named to the All-MAC Freedom second team as a sophomore. She tallied four points with one goal and two assists.
