Misericordia University Athletics

Eddie Okeke is a senior member of the Misericordia University men’s cross country and track & field teams.
He is a native of New City, NY and a graduate of Clarkstown High School.

Okeke participated in seven cross country meets last season with a personal-best of 29:29.8 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle. His previous best was a 29:34 finish at Rowan University as a first-year athlete.

He ended the 2017 season with a 30:46.8 at the MAC Championships. The Cougars finished sixth overall out of 17 teams and advanced to the NCAA Mideast Regionals.

In outdoor track & field, Okeke finished second in the 4x400 and eighth in the 800m at the Misericordia Invitational last season. As a sophomore, he finished fourth in the 4x800 at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
