Misericordia University Athletics

Molly Celesky is a graduate student from Carlisle, PA and is a member of the Misericordia University women’s lacrosse team.

A four-year starter at midfield, she has 13 goals and six assists on the year and has helped the Cougars to the number three seed in the MAC Freedom championships.

She scored a season-high four goals at Montclair and added three goals in the regular season finale against FDU-Florham.

The 2023 season saw Celesky start 19 games and score 26 goals with eight assists. She totaled 34 points and 33 draw controls and made the IWLCA and MAC Academic Honor Rolls.

In 2022, Celesky started 16 of 17 games played and scored 24 goals with 6 assists. She totaled 30 points and had 14 draw controls and 30 ground balls.  Celesky made the MAC All-Sportsmanship Team, IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and MAC Academic Honor Roll.

As a first-year in 2021, Celesky started all 13 games and had 19 points on 12 goals and seven assists. She also had 15 draw controls and 16 ground balls while making MAC Academic Honor Roll.
