The Misericordia University women's volleyball team split a tri-match at Lycoming with Penn State-Harrisburg, Saturday.

After falling to Lycoming, 3-0 (25-21 25-18, 25-22), in the opener, the Cougars swept PSU, 3-0 (25-11, 25-18, 25-20), to improve to 12-5.

In the opener, Lexie Goble had nine kills and Jesse Karger had seven assists and 11 digs. Amy Porambo added 23 digs.

Goble had nine kills in the nightcap and Michelle DiCicco and Danielle Leonzi both had seven kills.

Karger had 14 assists and six digs and Porambo added 17 digs.

The Cougars will host Eastern in a key Freedom Conference match, Tuesday.
